隐私政策

MintCut 重视你的隐私。本政策说明我们在你使用 MintCut iOS 应用和本网站（合称“服务”）时，如何处理信息。

1. 核心承诺：你的素材在本机处理

MintCut 在你的设备上完成视频预览、背景移除、场景合成和导出。你在应用中选择的照片、视频、导出文件、画笔遮罩及其内容不会上传至 MintCut 的服务器，也不会被我们用于训练模型。

2. 相册权限

仅当你主动导入照片或视频，或选择将导出结果保存到相册时，应用才会请求相册访问或“添加照片”权限。你可以随时在 iOS“设置”中更改授权。拒绝授权只会影响依赖相册的功能，不影响本政策的其他部分。

3. 订阅与购买

应用内购买由 Apple App Store 处理；我们不会接触你的完整支付卡信息。为提供、验证和恢复订阅权益，MintCut 使用 RevenueCat。该服务可能处理与订阅有关的技术和交易信息，例如匿名应用用户标识、产品标识、购买或权益状态。RevenueCat 代表我们处理这些信息；详情请参阅其隐私政策。

4. 产品分析

在配置并启用分析的版本中，MintCut 使用 PostHog 了解功能是否正常运作及如何改进体验。收集内容仅限于匿名或去标识化的应用与交互事件，例如应用版本、页面查看、功能操作和订阅流程状态。我们明确不向分析服务发送照片或视频内容、媒体名称、文件路径、照片元数据、画笔轨迹或原始错误信息。

5. 信息共享

除本政策所述的 Apple、RevenueCat 和可能启用的 PostHog 外，我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将你的媒体内容共享给第三方。我们也可能在法律要求、保护用户或服务安全、或处理合并/收购等情形下依法披露必要信息。

6. 保存与安全

你的编辑素材和导出内容由你在设备及照片图库中管理。订阅和分析信息的保存期限由相应服务提供商的政策及适用法律决定。我们采取合理措施限制所处理的服务数据，但没有任何互联网传输或存储方法能保证绝对安全。

7. 你的选择与权利

你可在 iOS 设置中撤销相册权限；可在 App Store 管理订阅；也可通过 App Store 产品页面所示的开发者联系渠道，提出与隐私相关的访问、更正或删除请求。我们会按适用法律处理这些请求。删除应用不会自动取消你通过 App Store 购买的订阅。

8. 未成年人

服务不面向不具备独立同意能力的儿童。如你是未成年人，请在监护人同意和指导下使用服务。

9. 更新

我们可能不时更新本政策，并在本页更新“生效日期”。在更新后继续使用服务，即表示你已知悉更新后的政策。

MintCut values your privacy. This Policy explains how we handle information when you use the MintCut iOS app and this website (together, the “Services”).

1. Core commitment: your media is processed on device

MintCut performs video previewing, background removal, scene compositing, and export on your device. Photos, videos, exports, brush masks, and their contents that you select in the app are not uploaded to MintCut servers and are not used by us to train models.

2. Photo library permission

The app requests photo-library or add-to-library permission only when you choose to import media or save an export. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings. Declining permission affects only the features that need your library.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store; we do not receive your full payment-card information. MintCut uses RevenueCat to provide, verify, and restore subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may process subscription-related technical and transaction information, such as an anonymous app user identifier, product identifier, purchase, or entitlement status. RevenueCat processes this information for us; see its Privacy Policy for details.

4. Product analytics

In app versions where analytics is configured and enabled, MintCut uses PostHog to understand whether features work and how to improve the experience. The data is limited to anonymous or de-identified app and interaction events, such as app version, screen views, feature actions, and subscription-flow status. We do not send photos or videos, media names, file paths, photo metadata, brush paths, or raw error messages to analytics services.

5. Sharing

Other than Apple, RevenueCat, and PostHog where enabled as described above, we do not sell personal information or share your media content with third parties. We may disclose necessary information when required by law, to protect people or the Services, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

6. Retention and security

You manage your editing media and exports on your device and in your photo library. Retention of subscription and analytics information is governed by the applicable provider policies and law. We use reasonable measures to limit the service data we process, but no method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You can revoke photo-library access in iOS Settings, manage subscriptions in the App Store, and use the developer contact channel shown on the App Store product page for privacy access, correction, or deletion requests. We will handle requests as required by applicable law. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

8. Children

The Services are not intended for children who cannot independently provide consent. If you are a minor, use the Services with a parent or guardian’s consent and guidance.

9. Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time and will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
